This research is aimed at investigating the compressive strength of concrete using Quarry dust at 0% to 50% as partial replacement of fine aggregate in concrete production. Quarry dust sample was sourced from Setraco Quarry Company, Amasiri in Ebonyi State. Sand sample was sourced from Ndibe Beach Afikpo, while the cement used for the experiment was Dangote Portland Cement of grade 42.5. The water used for the tests was table water. The tests conducted on the concrete mixin concrete laboratory of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana were slump test, compaction factor test and compressive strength test using mix ratio 1:2:4 with water-cement ratio of 0.6. The results of the slump tests for 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% sand replacement with quarry dust were 180mm, 175mm, 107mm, 33mm, 12mm and 11mm respectively. Similarly the results for compacting factor test were 0.98, 0.97, 0.94, 0.82, 0.79 and 0.75 respectively. The results of the compressive strength tests from 7 to 28 days wer
